I’ve had a few friends who have put these in their Strats over the years. I finally threw some in mine. I am blown away that I finally like the bridge pick up on a Stratocaster. If you had told me that 20 years ago, I would’ve laughed it off. I’ve always avoided that pick up like the plague because it’s always sounded a little sloppy to me… Any set up.

I love how the neck pickup isn't just a bassier, rounded tone like most neck pickups are. It's more of a subtle, sweeter less attack sounding pickup.

Richie has been a great joy to my musical pallete because as a "classic rock" metal 70/80s guy, when the airwaves got fd up with rap and speed metal shiite, he was laying down soulful rock when it seemed no one else was, then his collaborations with billy and mike and then Adrian, just gets better and better, This girls entry on his scene could be the chapter he/we've been waiting for, she's fiery, beautiful, built, and really plays the instrument. hope they continue to progress and bring us some more undeniable richie kotzen tunes.....and keep on doin what the devil says to do!!

Hi Larry. 1. If I get a Gibson cut warmoth pickguard with my Strat will it fit? 2. Should I put the PG neck pickup in the bridge position to match better with heavy blues in neck and middle?
